Rebuild most packages to remove the unnecessary locales from the manifest (CleanLocaleDir for /usr/share/locales was ran *after* the manifest file was built).
Re-enable the use of /usr/libexec, cluttering /usr/lib isn't such a good idea after all~~
Fix dangling symlinks + mismatching checksums (from the manifest file)</dev>
- Add some sort of package alias, so X can provide Y if Z needs Y (ie: have a `linux-generic` package that provides `linux`)
